Saturday, May 16th will be an exciting day at the CAN. We are looking for a big crew throughout the day for work both inside and outside the container. Lunch will be provided.
Outside: our mural team has been hard at work transforming the outside of the CAN with vibrant colors – and we’re now ready for an 80-foot paint-by-number mural project this Saturday! The mural is sketched on, and we’re looking for as many people as possible to help fill it in. Stop by any time – all ages are welcome – and work for as much time as you’d like. You’ll have the opportunity to add your handprint to our handprint tree as well. Supplies will be provided, but if you could bring a small plastic container and/or trim-sized paint brush, that would be helpful.
Inside: our work inside continues every Saturday. No experience required – instruction and materials will be provided. Come for an hour or come for the day… there is still much to be done.
